[CUSTOMER SERVICE] [QUESTION] How are your technicians with handling customer problems an complains? [ANSWER] Our staff are highly trained technicians, that value our customers they work hard to resolve any problems that our client base has.
[SALES] [QUESTION] If I order computer parts from CaperTech, that are not in stock how long does it take to come in an is there a percent to pay to order non stocked items? [ANSWER] Normally non stocked items are order that day an take 3-4 business days to arrive at CaperTech. There is only a percent to pay up front for specialty items not on everyday items.
[SUPPORT] [QUESTION] I have just purchased a computer from CaperTech, now my video card isn’t working 6 months after purchasing the new computer. [ANSWER] Just give us a call explaining in detail what the problem is, In most cases if you drop of the computer to the shop we should be able to get you going within a few hours. All New personal computer purchased from CaperTech come with a one year warranty unless an extended one is purchased.
